Delivery / Shipping Costs
Shipping is only possible to the countries listed below.
Free deliveries starting from € 50.00
Purchase orders starting from € 50.00 are delivered free of charge.

Delivery periods:
- Delivery in Austria within 2-5 working days
- Delivery for international shipments within 3-10 working days
- We deliver our packages with PEX Logistics or DHL.
Delivery status
As soon as we ship your package you will receive a shipping confirmation in an e-mail. There you will find your tracking information (tracking link and shipment number) which you can use to check the status of your shipment online at any time.
Free returns:
Have you changed your mind? Did you not like an item? You can return any items within 14 days - of course free of charge.
It is important that the items are in their original packaging. Please avoid any damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging with any accessories and with all of the packaging components. If necessary use protective outer packaging.
The purchase amount, including the delivery charges, will be refunded immediately –within fourteen days at the latest – as of the day on which we receive notice of your revocation of this agreement, or within seven days after receipt of the return shipment.
For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods again or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen days at the latest as of the date on which you notify us of cancellation of this agreement. This period shall be observed if you send the goods before expiration of the fourteen-day period. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods (see also GTC).

Customs
Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries shall be subject to customs or import duties. These will be charged as soon as the package reaches your country. You are responsible for any fees for customs clearance. We have no influence on these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. For more information please contact your local customs authorities.

Is your item defective?
We are sorry about that. Please contact us at shop@pez.at and we will investigate your complaint as soon as possible.
Please note:
Our special PEZ packaging is on the one hand production-related, on the other hand it serves to protect and present PEZ:
Our PEZ dispensers are packaged together with the PEZ sweets in a so-called blister pack, which consists of the product line card and the blister cover made of thermoformed plastic, which are sealed together:
As this involves packaging, a dented blister cap, for example, is not a reason for complaint.
If both the PEZ dispenser and the PEZ sweets are in perfect condition, we cannot refund the product.
Of course this does not apply in case of damage to PEZ gift sets or PEZ metal tins, or the like.
